Still Playing NCAA '09
So true. If you like one game and hate the other, just stay in your forum if you can't stay out of arguments. It's been 4 years since the NFL exclusive deal and yet there are guys that still declare 2K5 the greatest football game ever like it's fact. Much like slider sets and 2K vs. EA, it's all personal opinion. There really isn't a right or wrong so just enjoy your game.

There's a poster on NCAA Strategies that said he hated the NCAA series for every version since '04 but still was on the site every day bashing the game. Bashing is more fun than playing for some people. Internet rage is growing to the point of extreme annoyance. Maybe I'm just getting old.

One thing that does bother me is that there are people on the fence about buying some of these games and some of the haters push people away from trying a game that they might really like.

When NCAA first came out, there were a couple posters on OS (one in particular) that went nuts over some of the issues with the game. I could see the same flaws but these guys went way overboard in their impact on the game. I really think there were some guys that didn't even try NCAA because a couple of internet crusaders flamed the game to incredibly unjustified levels and scared them off. It's fine to post your opinion but there were some real agendas with a couple people that went beyond just stating their opinion.

Again it goes bac to what type of game you like

Simulation - 2k
Free play - LIve

its simple to me

both have issues..

I do lean towards 2k because I like simulation type games
